We are saddened to hear of the death of our beloved Patron Richard Gill AO. Richard was passionate about music being accessible to all. He had a special love for music libraries and archives and their role in supporting music lovers and practitioners; young and old; amateur or professional. We will continue to honour his immense contribution and passion as we go about our daily work, collecting and making music accessible in all its forms for the next generations of musicians. Thank you Richard for your inspiration and belief in a musical future. Our sympathy is extended to Richard’s family. We will miss you. Vale Richard.
