Russ Bauer from the New England Conservatorium of Music is looking for unwanted music collections.

For some time now, the New England Conservatorium of Music has had access to a collection of orchestral scores, miniatures and LP (vinyl) recordings of art music. Sadly, this collection is owned by the local University, who have just recalled all assets back to the main campus. Despite repeated requests for the print collection to remain in the building, we lost the battle last week.
We have decided to begin our own Music Library, so that students and community members might have a venue where they can score-read great works while listening to same on a turntable. We are therefore approaching large organisations with a request for any items that may end up being recycled to make way for new scores. If you know of any collections that may be up for donation, could you please consider the New England Conservatorium of Music (NECOM) in Armidale?
